Hay Shire Council has a number of parks, sporting facilities that can be booked and used for free.

The Hay Park has a variety of attractions, including;
  • Four playing fields
  • Duck Pond and play equipment accessed from Pine Street
  • Free BBQ and play equipment, large lawn area, and shady Morten Bay figs accessed from Moppett street
  • Rose Garden near the Park Ovals
  • Exercise equipment near the Netball Courts accessed from Morgan Street.
