Applicants are invited to apply for 2023 Reg Hedley Memorial Trust Scholarship, the following information needs to be included as part of the application:

• Covering letter of application; Contact details including phone numbers and email address
• Proof of attendance to HWMHS
• Proof of acceptance into course of studies not less than 3 years duration at an Australian University leading to a degree or diploma from that University
• 2^nd, 3^rd & 4^th year applicants need to include transcript of previous years mark.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a “Direct Credit Authorisation” form and provide a
certified copy of photo ID.
