th
March 2024, resolved to place on public exhibition the d
raft Hay Youth Strategy (dated 12 March 2024) -
The draft five-year Hay Youth Strategy aims to:

The development of the draft Youth Strategy was informed by surveys, face-to-face consultations and a review of relevant reports and statistics. It sets out the high-level priorities for youth development over the next five years, and its implementation will be supported by annual action plans and reviews, enabling the strategy to remain relevant and responsive to changing circumstances and available resources.
