Each year our nation celebrates the achievement and contribution of Australians through various awards for Australia Day, and awards that are associated with Australia Day.
The Hay Australia Day Committee would like to invite you to the Awards Ceremony at the Hay Gaol Museum on
Tuesday 26th January at 8am.
The Australia Day Awards for 2021 will be presented by this year's ambassador, Corey Tutt, in recognition of the contribution that many individules and organisations make to their local community each year. Categories for the 2021 awards are;
- 2021 NSW Local Citizen of the Year Award
- Young Citizen of the Year Award
- Gavin Johnston Vocational Award
- Special Achievement Award
