Council at its meeting 19
th December 2023, resolved to place on public exhibition the following documents:
“Fundamental Principles for Successful Renewable Development in Hay LGA” - Given the quantum of potential monies that will be set across LGA’s, the Fundamental Principles document becomes an important negotiation tool for the Hay community to use to ensure that if an energy development happens in Hay the opportunity will be maximised for the community regardless of which generator is awarded access.
