Starting in January, occasionally residents may find a sticker on one of your kerbside bins. 
A ‘Non-collection Notice’ sticker means the collection truck driver was not able to empty your bin.

Hay Shire Council has the following documents on public exhibition; Draft Community Engagement Strategy and  Participation Plan, Draft Code of Meeting Practice, and Draft Expenses and Facilities Policy. Council will receive submissions up until 5pm Friday 7th February 2025.
Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan

Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan

Council has resolved to place the full draft Hay & Maude Floodplain Risk Management Study & Plan on public exhibition. The report outlines recommended flood mitigation options including any potential flood levee upgrade. Council will receive any comments up until Friday 14th February 2025.

Murrumbidgee River Master Plan 2021 Update - Sandy Point Reserve

Council at its December 2024 meeting resolved to place the updated Master Plan on public exhibition with changes to the Sandy Point Reserve pages. Council will receive any comments up until Friday 14th March 2025.
